This weekend I am headed to a woman’s retreat (Definitely Need It) where I will be getting my spirit, body and mind renew! It is a breathtaking experience, where I gather with the women in my church, old and young and we talk about life, love, spiritual journey and career journey. We will also have a masseuse to come up and she will be administering 20 minute body massages. I am overly excited about this retreat because every time I come home I am renewed and redefined as a woman. I sure hope you have a safe weekend and enjoy!
